Oh good idea. The first thing I'd do is knock out one wall in my condo facing southeast and build a sunroom, then I'd hire a guy with a backhoe to dig up some of the common lawn area so I can plant a vegetable garden, maybe buy a few goats to keep my own part cleared and fertilized. After all, there won't be any rules and no town ordinances against that. Instead of waiting for the town to plow our tiny access road after a heavy snow, we could all wait it out over at Mr. Jennings place since he's the only one that could afford a generator to keep the heat on since the power went out too. He'd love that, him being a what's mine is mine so fuck you kinda guy. Yep, we'd all be happy as pigs in shit if we just lived like one big happy family. I'd never have to worry about whether what I want to do might make someone else's life miserable.

Yes, let's do eliminate the National Parks, National Forests and BLM. The government can sell off the National Parks to the Sierra Club, for all I care. National Forests should be sold to lumber companies. There shouldn't even be an entity called the BLM. Have you seen the land the BLM controls? Even Coyotes don't want to live there.
