Incorrect, recognizing and honoring the achievements of one's people is hardly "simple-minded". I have explored the world and have seen the greatness my race has created from the States to Europe to Russia to Australia. I stand proud and am in awe of my people. I made this thread to encourage my people to continue the legacy of the White race. Continue to do great things.

You can think of no more meaningful connection to other human beings than skin tone? Would you ignore the obvious differences between us and consider me part of your "people" simply because of our common racial background? Forgive me if I fail to see how that isn't simple-minded.

By that I mean the plantation owner, his son or some other man screwed my great-great grandmother and I inherited their genes. Don't get me wrong I'm not mad and I am not blaming you or any other White person for what happened back then, I happen to like my green eyes. At the same time, I was saying that for a White person to holler discrimination is ridiculous to me when White people are everywhere and doing whatever they want in this country and all around the world without going through the same things a Black person goes through. You just have to live one day in a Black person's life to understand what I am saying. Even as Black person in this country you work hard, pay your taxes, go to church, raise your children to be productive people you will at some point in your life be made to feel that you are less than a human being by a White person. It's unfortunate, but it's reality. I don't blame you or any other White person I'm just telling it like it is and that Black people are tired of it.

The emboldened words are the ones I would like you to take a look at. As a kid I grew up in the inner city, poor and white. We were subjected to hate from black people all the time and I never once felt like a lesser human being because of it. That is something that comes from within yourself, not what a white guy or woman says to you. I will admit it created a dislike for blacks at the time but we all grow up and I yself have realized to take everyone person to person before I measure them. Not blanket them because of skin color.

I agree with you and I too grew up poor and in a very rough neighborhood. Had to fight just about everyday in elementary and junior high b/c the black kids picked on me for having long hair, very light skin, etc., etc., When I was about to go to the 6th grade my father fought with the board of education to keep from going to a middle school that was all black and with a bad reputation so I went to a school that was mostly white. I got along there and made lots of White friends. From there I went to another school that was mixed and Hated it b/c again I was picked on for the way I looked. Black ppl are prejudiced too and can be very nasty when showing it. Thanks for reminding me of that!!

Actually it's just the opposite in any number of situations. For instance, if a white person criticizes a black person then he receives the rebuke of being a racist. Right, cheering for a sports team in an organized competition is just like proclaiming that one's skin color is an indication of inherent superiority.

Belonging to a religion takes very little per se; familiarity with your religion requires a bit more cognition than any of USMB's resident racialists have exhibited.

This is not Necessarily true, the Asian race has some deep variations to be found between East and Central Asian. One can also find blonde blue-eyed Asians, Asians/Turko-Mongols with Caucasian features, etc...

but yes I do agree with your OP. Whoever said that "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" is a liar. There is a standard of beauty and Caucasian Women, specifically White European Women are widely considered to be the prettiest. However, Northern Europeans don't float my boat; I like Mediterranean ones from Italy, Greece, Spain, and Portugal.

Sickle cell anemia is just one genetic disease the black race has. When compared to the hundreds the white race carries in their gene pool , whites carry a whole lot more defects than balck people.

And sarcoidosis is almost universally found in blacks. Blacks are also more prone to hypertension and CAD.

BTW, Tays-Sachs is basically found in the Ashkanazi Jew population and is more of an example of founder's effect as opposed to any other factor.
