As certain leftist members of Congress work to initiate sweeping CO2 reduction legislation, the facts show that reducing America's CO2 output will have minimal impact on additional global CO2. (To say nothing of the inherent and quite appropriate arguement regarding CO2's actual impact on global temperature)

If reducing CO2 was in fact a real concern of the leftist global doom n gloomers, why not demand China reduce its output while enjoying the fact that the United States, despite continued growth of population and economy, has managed to keep its own CO2 output relatively stable for nearly 12 years? (Good on you USA!) Maybe the fact we owe China trillions and they could give a rat's ass about our illogical obsession with controlling the earth's climate and would just tell us to go to hell...

Could it be that the concept of "saving the planet" as it applies to Draconian cap n trade/carbon control legislation is nothing more than another governmental power grab and get-rich-quick scheme by the Go Green Machine?

Pondering....

Who is behind all the lies that you spew? China and the US are neck and neck in CO2 emissions. China is much worse in particulates. The Chinese will suffer far more than we will from the inevitable results of an adrupt climate change.

Untill we make a real attempt reduce and then eliminate our GHG emissions, we are in no position to make demands on anybody.

How will the Chinese suffer worse from abrupt climate change ?

More of their population is near sea level. They have a much higher population for the amount of arable land. And their infrastructure is still way behind most of the industrial nations.

China will suffer because thats where fiberglass for windmills are made, fiberglass production must double every year, every year as long as we build windmills. Fiberglass production requires a blast furnace to produce e-glass strands. Blast furnaces operate at over 1700* F, this requires massive amounts of energy, more energy than the worlds largest windmill farm and solar farm put together can produce. Most are powered by fossil fuels, so as the demand for windmills doubles, the demand for fiberglass more than doubles, the demand for fossil energy more than doubles, depleting the earths fossil fuel supply at an ever increasing rate.

And so thats how China suffers, massive pollution, massive depletion of fossil fuels, no regulation, massive amounts of workers replacing those who die in an unregulated industry.

Technology transfer
For LM Glasfiber, technology transfer is a systematic process comprising five well-defined steps that are followed every time new production facilities are established or a new blade type is produced at our existing facilities. The technology transfer manual forms part of our quality control system.

The process of technology transfer draws on experts from existing factories who know everything from factory design, equipment, tests and production processes to quality control and testing.

Management and staff are trained in all stages of production, and working methods are adapted to local conditions. Finally, the processes and products must comply with LM Glasfiber’s quality and environmental standards.

This guarantees that customers receive blades of the same superior quality regardless of whether the delivery is from an LM Glasfiber factory in India, China, Spain, the USA, Canada, Denmark or Poland.

Quality assurance
