LEAVING, COVERING UP AND TAMPERING WITH THE SCENE OF A FATAL ACCIDENT.

Leaving, covering up and tampering with the scene of a fatal accident is a felony and Casey did such and the prosecution can charge her with these crimes and it would not be double jeopardy because she has not been charge and tried for these crimes.

I think that only applies if you were driving a car that was involved in the accident.
