My leap year challenge for all board members is to not flame or insult others on February 29th. For those that flame and insult, you have 365 days every non-leap year to do that and I'm leaving you 365 days this leap year to do it but asking for one day of flame and insult free. You have 4 days to prepare yourself for this challenge.
It happens on Wednesday so it doesn't adversely affect the 4F.
