Wrong.

These measures concern criminal law, not civil.

They have nothing to do with the right to privacy pursuant to substantive due process, prohibiting the states from compelling women to give birth against their will.

Indeed, all of these laws have provisions recognizing the right to privacy, and prohibit the prosecution of doctors who terminate a woman’s pregnancy in accordance with her wishes and her right to do so.
