To my knowledge, he didn't say anything about saying Thank You or apologizing to the Chinese government until the were already home.

When Americans go overseas and get into trouble, it's not the Presidents business. Look......you went over there, you knew the rules when you left our country, you understood the government there. What you do and what happens to you has nothing to do with our government.

President Trump went beyond his presidential duties by negotiating for their release. He was not required to do it.

While it's not expected that the left gives credit to a Republican President or even acknowledge good deeds, the last thing you Socialists should be doing is cutting the guy down for it, and that includes this lowlifes father.
