If they didn't intend to abide by the consent decree - they probably shouldn't have signed it. They were NOT just saying grace over their meal - they were leading students, other faculty, and community members in a school-sponsored prayer. And they'd been warned before.

Fear-mongering to suggest quiet, private prayers are under attack is VERY UNCHRISTIAN.
