It doesn’t matter which way snopes bends, they point out the context of the conversation and use actual quotes from Obama. You can go back and listen to it all in the video. Start at 3 minutes and listen from there. He is clearly talking about getting US citizens to vote. Especially those who want reforms to help protect undocumented family members. Did you listen to the whole interview or are you simply cherry picking that one clip?
