Latinos met at the Phoenix Public Library this evening to discuss the fact that the Supreme Court will decide upon Arizona’s SB1070 law, one which allows police officers to pull over those “suspected” of being illegal immigrants. There was screaming and crying within the discussion.
“The 1992 Los Angeles riots will be nothing compared to what we will do,” said Nuestros Reconquistos President Manual Longoria. “This is a declaration of war on Latinos!” Pablo Flores of the Aztlánian Brotherhood agreed. However, many of the Latinos at the meeting suggested a more peaceful solution.
“We want America to take us seriously. Rioting will only give all Latinos a bad image,” said Cecilia Maldonado of Chicanos Unidos Arizona. Her statement was followed by loud applause

The "uprising" will be that approximately 1/3 will head back to whence they came. 1/3 will protest and 1/3 will keep their heads down and see what happens.

I have concealed carry in all 50 states. Come at me bro!

So they wont mow my lawn?

bummer.

If they want us to take them seriously, we would be rounding them up and booting them back to mexico by the hundreds. As for the 1992 riots, it would just force us to take a tougher stance.
It's a privilege to be granted citizenship if you were born from the outside. While the constitution does grant you the right to due process, due process will grant you the right to deportation.

Simple as that.

So??? And if they don't uphold it will there be an uprising by non-latinos????? Do THEY not fear americans uprising???? Arrogant jerks. Aztlan and reconquista??? LOL! They are a joke. The U.S. military will come out and take care of those groups. No Cecilia Maldonado, the bad image is the least of the worries - what it will do is get many deported.

SB1070 doesn't say they can be pulled over if they are suspected of being illegal aliens. That's just the lie they tell. Their immigration status can be questioned if they are suspected of committing a crime independently of being here illegally.

As far as them rioting, Let them, we can go all Korean shop owner on them.

They understand quite well what the law say and what is legal. They just don't want any kind of enforcement other then murderers and child rapest. Untel Juan is caught raping a child and convicted, he is safe.

STATES DON’T NEED TO PASS IMMIGRATION LAWS
to enforce immigration laws.

The Federal Nationality and Immigration Act give them the authority to ask for immigration statues if there is reasonable suspicion that they are in the country illegally. Which cannot be done without racial profiling in Arizona because 95% of illegal are from south of the border. Which profiling is legal. Sheriff Joe Apria has been doing it for years. The state immigration laws do not go beyond the federal immigration law, they are just more effectively enforced.
Crossing the border is illegally is a crime. Just being in the country illegally makes one subject to deportation. Working in this country without legal documentation and authorization is a crime also. This is all a state need to enforce immigration laws. States are legally allowed to make immigration laws also.

Would that this were true!

Holder's criminal enterprise has stripped state and local authority of the ability to enforce federal immigration laws.

It makes sense to the Holder Cartel. They spent a lot of time and money arming the cartels in mexico. The next step is making sure the cartel gunmen are not only facilitated in getting into the country, but protected while they are here.

what you fools seem to NOT understand is these people are AMERICANS

TM thinks illegal immigrants are American citizens.

The United States is not a continent

Never said it was.
