http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20050827/ap_on_re_us/strip_clubs_restrictions Seriously here, what is wrong with the state passing laws it wants in regards to restricting lap dances at strip clubs? How on earth is it a freedom of speech issue. Oh I know the reasoning behind it, but why on earth shouldn't there be a law against it if the people want one? Is the fact that there is a law against murder a violation of my free speech rights if i want to run around shooting people at random? Or if I assassinated a political figure? I mean Id deffinately be making a statement there. It's the same reasoning.
