"American health care is remarkably diverse. In terms of how care is paid for and delivered, many of us effectively live in Canada, some live in Switzerland, some live in Britain, and some live in the unregulated market of conservative dreams."

I can't decide if Krugamn is a pathological liar or just completely insane?

What part of the American health care system is "unregulated market of conservative dreams"?

I'm sure it's both. He knows who his Masters are. He prays at the altar of George Soros. He stopped making sense a very long time ago. In fact, the NY Times in general has become a bit of a radicalized Socialist/Progressive nightmare. Can't give them much credibility at this point. We know who their Masters are so can you really trust what they say anymore?

He's both. As are most liberals.

I graduated UF with a BS in Economics back in '03. Guess what? It's not a practical degree because economics is not a practical field of work. The only real way to make money in it is to write books or 'advise' on behalf of politicians. So what I'm saying, yes, is that Krugman is a sellout on the take.
