No you are completely wrong. You will not see Mondelez in the US, it is a new division to sell snack foods in foreign markets, notably in South and Central America. Mondelez will not be sold in the US. Not even to latinos living in the US.

You MIGHT start seeing Mondeliz is stores like the 99 cent stores that sell cheap products here that have been returned from mexico. I see a lot of Gamesa cookies sold in the 99 cent store.

A bad plan. Changing a brand name to appease a certain ethnic group only results in the company looking like idiots. The outcry when Spiderman went from being a white guy to a latino was ugly.
