Sorry, but no it he didn't. No skeptic ever claimed that temperatures haven't increased since 1800. What they have claimed is that there's no evidence that CO2 is responsible. One thing your article fails to mention is that the Berkley study still shows that temperatures have been flat or declining since 1998. That fact doesn't support the theories of the AGW Chicken Littles.
