King Tuts discovery was a Hoax...?

I don’t see how that makes it a “hoax”. So what if they reused other artifacts from other royals for his tomb? Those resources like iron and gold were extremely rare so it makes sense they would reuse them. It also seems logical they would use female masks/heads for a young boy. Since he was so young he probably wasn’t given the grand treatment of a long living pharaoh.

He was 20 years old and a lot of the artifacts were Sumarian. They would not use artifacts from a rival in a kings tomb. Also his supposed throne chair depicted a religion he abolished.

Maybe he wasn’t well liked, especially by whoever assumed power after him. Maybe the Pharos at that time just did not have that much wealth compared to other times.

It was the 18th dynasty. Lots of money & gold. And he replaced the heretic king who's likeness & works were destroyed.

I get the feeling you just need more knowledge

Like much of our ancient history we are being lied to. Much proof has been given to debunk a lot of what is taught but it is so engrained in our history and culture that we can't get past the lies.

The Pyramids are a hoax too. If you go there and stand at the base and look up all you see are a lot of large stone blocks piled up in the shape of a pyramid. Probably beavers did that back when the Nile flowed right through there.

The moon landing hoax was a hoax as well. The government tried to make people think that it was a movie set made to look like the moon but behind the scenes they actually landed on the moon so the footage would seem more believable.

Most morons think the pyramids were tombs. They weren't. Every confirmed tomb in Egypt has afterlife texts, spells & paintings all over the walls. Every tomb except the pyramids. In fact no mummy has ever been found in a pyramid either.

Because you're much smarter than all the PH.D's that are Egyptologists.

Not smarter just honest. The facts are all there for anyone willing to dig. You keep drinking the koolaid, OR do a little research yourself. Many of the so called egyptologists have been busted for theft & extortion but you probably don't know that because you believe what you've been spoon fed about them. Egypt is ripe with corruption and with tourism being such a major chunk of their economy they don't want to risk rocking the boat.

Pretty compelling evidence that it was all complete BS.

First off, why create such a hoax? Where did all of the stuff come from? We know how at least a couple of the guys died, namely cryptococcal neuromeses (a variety of meningitis that you get in sealed crypts), Tut was real. Etc. etc. etc. The guys whole thesis is based on nothing but conjecture.

Why? Because Cannard was going to cut off his funding.
Tut was real, has nothing to do with his point. Every tomb ever discovered was full of the owners possssions except this one. Even the death mask was someone else's with Tuts cartouch engraved over the owners name.
The big give away is the religious paintings and symbols on everything. All from a religion that was abolished by Tut. In fact all those religious symbols & the images of the previous king were defaced over the ENTIRITY of Egypt. But we are to believe that the very king who did away with the monotheistic religion was burried with nothing but symbolism of the very religion he abolished?

There are many examples of tombs being looted long before they were discovered by modern archaeologists. In fact that has been the norm. This "theory" is unsupported by fact, and it belies logic. You have to go so far out of the realm of common sense that it descends into the typical conspiracy theory barrel. It's fun as a purely kitchen table discussion, but from a scholarly viewpoint it lacks a whole bunch to be considered credible.

A looted tomb is void of all valuables.

Anyhow this video is from the Smithsonian and also supports the idea that this tomb was not built for Tut. It also backs of the claims of the first video about the objects not fitting the person they were burried with.

An open mind is all it takes to consider facts that don't match history as we were taught.

Has nothing to do with conspiricy and everything to do with a tiny bit of logic when you consider the known history of the 18th dynasty and it's customs.

I firmly believe Carter faked this discovery in an effort to keep his funding. Carter dug up many tombs and had access to many relics.

There are more than a few Egyptologists who think that Tut wasn't the original intended for that tomb. There is compelling evidence that Tut was murdered as well. I do agree that history is often "modified", but there are many other cases where discoveries were made in the "nick of time", so that is not compelling evidence to me. Further, why would Carter hide all of these treasures? All he has to do is break open a tomb, show what he has found, and voila, he's got funding till the day he dies. The claim that he kept them away makes zero sense.

The death of tut is based on the scans of the body found in that tomb. It may or may not be him. The Prince who was supposed to inherit the throne also died at a very young age. Specifically tuts age.

I'm just saying take all the info with an open mind. The hypothesis put forward is just as viable as the "historical story" we have been told.

And the why is simple. Lord Cannard cut Carter off on at least one occasion. History tells us that he was no longer going to fund future digs if Carter did not make the find he had promised for years.

Money talks, bullshit walks.

I always do, but like I said, claiming Carter with held items from other tombs that he broke into defies common sense. If he needed funding presenting a single item would have generated all the funding he needed. Carter basically invented the modern system of gridding for archaeological digs, he preserved many sites and opened others so that people could come and see where they were working. The sheer volume of artifacts that were removed from the tomb also belies the claim of a hoax. The tomb was opened in 1922, but it took months to empty it. There were thousands of items, and there were numerous people who witnessed to initial opening with the chisel. That would have been very hard to fake back then.

You assume that those in charge of antiquities at the time wouldn't help Carter pull it off by supplying him or looking the other way while he took objects from one area and placed them in another. It was a win win for everyone involved but the man funding the dig.

Egypt gains world wide fame which results in economic funds via the influx of new, excited tourists. Carter gets funding for future endeavors well as his own world wide fame.
And thousands of objects is nothing when you consider a good chunk of the supposed finds were no bigger than your average child's toy. Then you MUST consider why a vast majority of the objects belonged to other people and tuts life long belongings were nowhere to be found.

The videos & links given laid out the evidence clear as the days sky is blue. History as you've been taught has you hooked and I've no desire to talk in circles to try to unwind the lies.
