What nonsense! There is nothing in conservatism that in any way supports any form of authoritarianism. The main tenet of conservatism is the least government possible, and that at the lowest political level possible.

No. The main tenant of Conservatism is Right vs Wrong and imposing the necessary level of Government necessary to ensure Right and eradicate Wrong. If human beings were able to live properly with minimal Government, fine; but we both know that’s not possible.

I don't know that, and neither should you. There is little that the federal government can do that a state could not do, and very possibly do better. We need to put the federal government back into the box established by the U.S. Constitution and get back to sanity.

Because women aren’t ‘sexually cooperating’ these men believe it ‘justifies’ sexual assault, posting misogynistic messages on social media, and now killing women.

I do believe that people are very much influenced by what those in power do and say, especially as many people verbally attacked immigrants in public places, stores and fast-food mainly, and even claimed that they can do it because Trump won the election.
