Kickers faking hits - should be a penalty

If a kicker does an Oscar falling down like he was shot - should be a 15 yard penalty ........................

For instance - it didn't look the Mich St players hit the Wisc punter that hard in the final possesion of the Big 10 title game.

Went down like a shot.

Doesn't matter they still ran into him and didn't touch the ball so its a penalty. They only called running into the kicker. I agree its over dramatic but that's a part of the game.
