Thousands of American Veterans have fought against the atrocities as described to us as committed by the KGB. We bought it all, lock, stock and barrel. Many of us stand appalled at the tactics recently brought to light that appear to be reflections of American propensities toward KGB policy that we fought, died or were otherwise disabled in our quest to dispose of such reprehensible behaviour.

Executive power ignoring legislative responsibility and/or usurping judicial favorability is a major thing with me. I'll bet, as simple-minded folk, that common contributors to USMB, haven't a clue as to even what the cold-war was all about. I won't even go into the details of the the PRIVATE American wars post-Viet Nam were all about.
