If proven guilty in a court of law, of course. Why should he be spared from incarceration?

If proven guilty in a court of law, of course. Why should he be spared from incarceration?

Because in his case being sentenced to a fudge packer environment like prison would be like being sent to the Garden of Eden for us normal folks.
