Same problem as always. HOW???? will he do this? Saying you will "convince" another nation to do something is one thing, how you will convince them is another. Does Kerry propose dropping a few nukes in Western Europe or is he going to bribe them with billions? He doesn't say.

Very good question. How does he plan to build an international coalition when he insults our current allies by calling them the coalition of the coerced and bribed and then proposes bribing France and Germany? How is he going to win the peace in Iraq if he is unwilling to support Prime Minister Allawi, who is risking his life daily for his people? How is he going to build a broader coalition by supporting the opposition in Austrailia who have said that if they are elected they will pull out? Inquiring minds want to know.

personally, I hope he goes for the option of dropping a few nukes on Western Europe. In fact, I have a target list for him.

Okay now-- read the plan on this site:

1. Internationalize, because others must share the burden:

Great except Chirac has already told kerry to blow it out his rear, France is still not going to help in Iraq

2. Train Iraqis, because they must be responsible for their own security:

Exactly what Bush and the rest of the coalition is doing right now.

3. Move foward with reconstruction becasue that's an important way to stop the spread of terror;

Got that one covered already, and if the terrorists would stop killing and beheading those actually doing the work, we might make faster progress.

4. Help Iraqis achieve a viable government, because it is up to them to run their own country:

Another great idea that is already in place, Allawi seems to know what direction he wants to take his country, and Ill take his word for it as he does live there.

I love the one about using NATO that gave me a great laugh

And Kerry is advising we should go back to the UN for help in all these things, but here again the UN doesn't even have it's house in order, how are they going to be of any use us??????

Well, he made that obvious the other day when he proposed a plan to "entice" France and Germany by allowing their Oil Companies control over the oil fields in France. Thereby, laughably, attempting to bribe them into it and marking it clearly as a war for oil.

Interesting how it is only a Coalition if France is involved. Denying the existence of allies is just as bad as calling them bribed and coerced. His shortsighted priority is to simply beg Europe for help and to pay them for it with resources that are not ours and hope they will replace the allies that leave if he is elected because they will not suffer a man to lead a coalition they are part of that believes that they are bribed and coerced.
