Kerry's Really Lost It Now

You are too funny. Pretending you misunderstood First Gulf War and present. This one had nothing to do with oil, in spite of that conspiracy link. How about something more authoratative, such as BBC or even Guardian, Le Monde-English Please?

Our oil prices have been rising, yours?

Dick Cheney implied in a speech that if Kerry was elected, the United States would be attacked. Ms. Kerry's comment unfortunately is true. This is not to say that Bush is the cause of the terrorism, but countries that support the U.S. are being targeted. Let's not forget what happened in Spain.

Okay, let's agree that calling her treasonous is engaging in a bit of hyperbole. Let's just call her comments disloyal, irresponsible, reprehensible and misleading.

Let's call her conduct self-serving, cynical, manipulative, and reckless. It must be a genetic thing in the kerry family. Certainly jacques francois kerrie has all those traits.

The fact is that ANY non-muslim country in the world is at risk of terrorist attack. It is simply a logistical impossibility for the various muslim nutbar organizations to attack every one simultaneously. Nations can take the Clintonian/Democrat approach to terrorism which simply involves appeasement and pretending that terrorists are really nice people. Unfortunately, that approach led to the attacks not only on 9-11 but those that preceeded it as well.

Yes, attacking Iraq and Afghanistan stirred things up in the short term. But eventually we will degrade the terrorist network by killing their membership, seizing their assets and causing other nations to withdraw their support of terrorists. The key to success is perseverance - a thing in rare supply among liberals. In your constant search for instant gratification, you demand that wars end quickly. If they do not, your solution is to cut and run.

Bush has no exit strategy, no plan to win the peace, and no idea what the hell he's doing. That's why the danger for countries that support us has increased. John Kerry will rebuild relations with our allies and we can make the rebuilding of Iraq a truly international project and perhaps begin to bring security and sanity back to this country. Bush has had his chance for nearly three years and he's failed miserably.

Bush has succeeded far better than his liberal predecessor. I don't know how you measure success, but the fact that we have not been attacked again works for me.

And of course, no post of your's would be complete without a refrain from the favorite liberal tune of "rebuilding relations with our allies". Well, our relations with our ALLIES are just fine, thank you. If you consider France to have been our ally then you have a rather strange definition of the word. France is much like kerry - a self-involved, hypocritical government which will deal with anyone so long as French pockets are lined in the process. France has done nothing but undercut our efforts in the Middle East - not because they felt we were wrong, but simply to avoid disrupting the sleazy profiteering they were doing while helping a sociopath murder his own people.

Ignoring the problem is the Democrat solution to terrorism. That is historically true and that is likely what kerry will do if elected. You simply have to listen objectively to his statements in order to reach that conclusion. Ignoring terrorism was Clinton's response. Over five thousand Americans have paid for that cowardly and incompetent policy with their lives. And here you are trumpeting that more of the same will make us secure. Are you that irrational, or is it simply that your short term memory is shot all to hell?
