Looks like one of her classmates was trying to claim she knew Kavanaugh was guilty and then had to backtrack the claim and say she has no first hand knowledge of this.

The accuser HAS NOT FILED A COMPLAINT / CHARGES with the local police / FBI yet.

And she never WILL file a complaint with the FBI because:

A). The FBI have already declined getting involved in what is NOT a federal matter.
B). Making false statements to the FBI is a felony.

I keep hearing how this matter needs a lot more time and investigation, asking what is the GOP's rush, implying they are covering something up. Truth is THE REAL QUESTION is why did Feinstein and the DNC wait months to even bring this up (not even going into Ford's 36 year delay) until mere days before Kavanaugh's final confirmation?
