Would it be legal, for me to offer "Legal Aid Insurance" ?
Here's the product.

"Justice Insurance"

You pay me a premium of $2,000 per year.
And for that premium this is offered.

If you are ever arrested, call us and we'll provide you with an aggressive private team of attorneys, and they ALL will be there at the police station, pronto to represent you against the police officer's questions.

The lawyers are instructed to :

*Advise you of your rights.

*Advise you that as a client of Justice Insurance, you are not permitted to answer any police questions and MUST remain quiet at all times, and let the attorneys do the talking.

*Advise the police, that the client is compelled by Justice Insurance policy, to not answer any police questions.

*Advise the client, and the police, that in order to obtain any DNA evidence or to enter the client's home, the police must obtain a warrant.

*Advise the police, and the client, that the client is NOT permitted to accept any plea deals, except in circumstances where guilt is beyond obvious by the evidence presented.

*Advise the police, and the client, that the client is NOT permitted to engage in any investigative activities by the police that are not generally accepted by the scientific community, i.e. a Lie detector test / Polygraph examination.

*Advise the police that the attorneys are being paid for by Justice Insurance, and any violation of the client's rights will result in being reported to the ACLU, and result in the police being sued.

*Advise the client that any violation of the rules by the client, will result in the insurance being forfeited and all attorneys WILL leave, and WILL NOT return, and the client WILL be left holding the bag and the policy will be canceled.

*Aggressively advocate on behalf of the client, against the police being granted any warrants.
*Represent the client's best interests, and demand proof of a crime, and request release from the police station.
*If the Client cannot be released from the Police station, and the Bail is under $200,000, Bail the client out of Jail

*Hire a private investigation team to investigate the accusations made against the client, a psychologist and psychiatrist, and any other appropriate professionals for example, a ballistics expert, or a DNA analyst.
*Represent the client in court.
*Record the Police, and report any and all illegal activities by the Police, to the ACLU and all other appropriate authorities, including to sue the police themselves in court.

If you are ever a victim of police brutality, we will sue the police department with an aggressive team of attorneys, and pay your medical expenses, provide you with unemployment benefits, and you will receive 50 % of all the winnings in court.

If you are convicted, the insurance will pay for upto 7 years of legal action to get you out of prison (if possible), and $50 per week commissary while in prison.

If you are sentenced to Death, the insurance will pay upto two million dollars to get you off of death row, but only out of prison if possible.

The insurance will not pay for appeals against non-death sentences, if the results of an appeal can be a death sentence.

If your claim is successful and you are acquitted, and/or when you get out of Jail or prison, you MUST check into a residential mental health facility for one year, for decent rehabilitation.
