Justice Hillary Clinton?

I think Hillary would take a Supreme Court apppointment in a heartbeat. She would also be good in this position. We need a Court that is evenly divided between ideologies. Too much right or left screws up the course.

Is there any law that says she can't retire in 8 years and run for president. Pretty good credentials, I would say.

If the Dems has a real majority to get the 60 votes, screw the philly buster. It won't mean didddly.
