Are Dr. House and thedoctorisin related? They seem to share the same name in a round about way. I'm guessing maybe father and son. Can somebody clear this up for me? Inquiring minds want to know.

I've never met a doctor who willingly put the 'Dr' in front of his name.

Doubly so for PhDs...and I know quite a few.
