If you don't have health insurance because its either too expensive thru work, or you're unemployed, just who should pay if you need a doctor or hospital ?

Everyone that is arguing the health reform bill, doesn't say who should pay for someones health care if they can't pay?

The person who needs the health care is the one who pays. Either through an insurance plan or by cash or making payments.

No one should pay for someone elses health care.
