Just finished my corporate returns for 1 company

I own.
This corporation has 2 other shareholders.
This corporation, like all other corporations will pay NO taxes.
Myself and the two other shareholders will be paying the taxes.
We ARE the corporation just like share holders are the company in all other corporations.
People pay taxes, NOT corporations.

My youngest son is a senior at UGA now.
Booster for UGA and am also helping with our new football program at GSU as we debut this fall.
