I spend time at least 4 days a week a public college library in a liberal town with an ultra liberal college, and I've seen men getting arrested for looking at porn. Twice in the last week a library worker called in the cops because of porn watchers. I'm only in the library for about 12 hours a week, and I saw 2 incidents, so I'm pretty sure it happens even more frequently.

To say that liberals are at fault for kids getting molested at libraries is simply the stupidest thing I have EVER read on this message board. Conservatives must be ashamed to have proclaim the same title as yourself.

I wouldn't say that "liberals" - per the meaning of the term today - founded our country. There are different types of liberals.

Our founders were "classical liberals" or economic liberals and closer in meaning to those we now refer to as "conservatives".

Yet she still has to have government aid. Minimum wage is at a whopping $6.25. Even at 40 hours a week, there's no way a single parent household can feed a family of even one child on that salary. Maybe if corporations would be a little more willing to compensate their employees enough, they wouldn't need handouts. So, instead, we are forced to take the money from the corporations and hand it out to everyone, even the ones who aren't working.

Here's an idea, why don't we petition for a higher minimum wage, abolishment of Social Security, and lower taxes for corporations. That way corporations are still paying to help those in need, but deadbeats can't get free handouts.
