Here in the People's Republic of Maryland, the Dems have almost always had full control of one of the richest states in the country, yet kept the minorities in it's cities as some of the poorest. The party of government dependancy always stands to gain by keeping its people dependant on them

Yeah, we've had some great Republican Governors. Spiro Agnew, Marvin Mandell, and now Erlich's campaign manager tried and convicted on fraud.
