One only has to read the first sentence to know one is in the land of Orwellian propaganda.

"In addition to her long and sordid ethics record, Senator Hillary Clinton took a lot of heat in 2007 – and rightly so – for blocking the release her official White House records."

Can any intelligent reader read that and not roll their eyes? 'her long and sordid ethics record?' and that would be, what exactly. Biased morons wrote this crap and throwing it out in the blogsphere only feeds the choir.

Judicial watch is one of those "conservative" groups that prides itself on harassing democratic politicians. They filed 18 lawsuits against the Clinton Administration. The only two things that seem to have troubled them about the corrupt admin currently in office is Dick Cheney's energy group that he refused to release the minutes for and Jack Abramoff's visits to the white house.

Ummmmmm... maybe it's not so much "shilling" as recognizing that "judicial watch" isn't any non-partisan watchdog group. If they were actually worried about real issues, they'd have filed lawsuits over the patriot act's more onerous provisions, the violations of the 4th amendment because of the misuse of FISA and Bush's signing statements. After all, they had time to file 18 lawsuits against Bill Clinton. ;)

Easily. One just needs not wear those one-sided glasses you view the world of politics through.

Provide some evidence the 4th was ever violated. Hint, anyone that took the act to Court and won doesn't count since that PROVES the 4th wasn't violated. Unless of course your going to include things like that NC DA that charged 3 innocent men with rape and for over a year lied about the case for political purposes. Hint he was NOT a republican.

The Patriot act is supported by Democrats in Congress at all levels. Further it specifically has an end date requiring a new vote to renew it, which did in fact occur with democratic support, or are you going to claim the dems can obstruct appointments to Office but couldn't prevent the Patriot Act?
