Judge strikes Florida's same-sex marriage ban - CNN.com

This makes the 19th Federal Court to rule that the bans on Gay Marriage are unconstitutional. And the trend in such rulings can only continue because that's the right thing to do where prejudice and discrimination continues to exist in the minds of voters, bigots, and such others where they, as a majority, would vote against the civil and human rights of those who are minorities in this nation. That's unequivocally wrong of them to do. That's why the courts must step in, with the Fourteenth Amendment behind them, to protect LGBT citizens who work, pay their taxes, go to church, and raise or adopt children to be part of their family and who wish to live peacefully with others. They must no longer be discriminated against in this country that prides itself on being progressive and humanitarian. Until that happens heinous crimes against LGBT people will continue and we will see even more young children committing suicide due to bullying, harassment, and discrimination in schools and elsewhere where they are marginalized and made to feel that they are of no worth and are even encouraged by some to end their life. This Is Inhumanity and It Must Stop.
