I think you don't understand gag orders... Perfectly Legal and I assure you if you did the same to any judge you would be a guest for a while...

Nope, not for citizens merely criticizing the government, that is unheard of.
I understand a gag order on secrets, national security, or on the identity of a victim. Not at all what Stone is blabbing about.

The man is involved in a criminal court case and he is the accused.

He is on Bail and the terms of that bail is not to speak publicly about the trial... This is done for many reason one being interfering with the Jury Pool...

Stone agreed to these rules before being let out on bail. He agreed! He did it so he could be allowed to go home.

Stone then proceeded to talk in public about the case which also included him posting the picture of the judge beside a target sign...

Again, he agreed to the conditions of the bail and had the money to to let himself out. Many people just don't have the money and have to stay in jail until trial.

My view is let him stay in jail until trial...

Judicial gag-orders in connection with ongoing criminal trials have been upheld as entirely Constitutional, time and again.

In this particular instance, circumstances are aggravated.

Aggravated by an idiot who posted an image of the trial judge with a sniper-scope target image imposed upon the background.

That represents a veiled threat which should be considered as absolutely intolerable by Left, Right and Center.

Time to revoke his bail and lock-up the smug bastard until his trial is over.
