A judge on Wednesday rejected a request by federal authorities to block Florida's contentious move to remove potentially ineligible voters from its rolls.

The decision could prompt some counties to revive efforts to identify registered voters who are not U.S. citizens. Many counties had suspended the effort after hearing about conflicting legal opinions.

U.S. District Judge Robert Hinkle ruled there was nothing in federal voting laws that prevent the state from identifying ineligible voters even if it is close to the upcoming Aug. 14 election.

Common sense will tell you that, unfortunately that is something there is a major shortage of in the United States.

How many votes did Obama just lose in Florida?
Mr Holder only gets his panties all twisted into a wad exclusively in states were Obama has a chance at stealing the election.
Florida, Si! Alabama, No! North Carolina, Si!, Alabama, No!
Did the Patriots at Bunker Hill call in the omnipotent Federal Government to fight off the approaching British Regulars for them?
Did the rag tag volunteers call out for the omnipotent Federal Government to improve their bivouac conditions, provide them food, warmth, adequate shelter, and clothing, at Valley Forge or provide safe, comfortable landing craft to cross the Delaware with?
"Freedom isn't free!"

Glad a Judge in my State has some GD common sense.

Let Holder blow that up his ass.

Any state has the right to identify and remove illegible voters from the voting rolls, period.
