Juan had to be joking, because that would make a good joke. Otherwise, Juan has no clue what that guy does to make money and what he does with that money to make even more. Some financial fund managers create false bankruptcy claims on co's they short, but Soros takes this to a whole new sadistic level of greed by paying rioters to destabilize gov'ts like he did during the greek riots market crash. He obviously is losing fortunes betting against our markets, as seen by his desperation in insighting a coup.
Don't put it past him to try and cause a war even, it seems his affiliation to the left has already been fueling the flames.

I think he still has his house in NY, they can cease it and him just by finding unusual short trading just prior & during his financed greek riot that caused the global market crash.
SEC dropped the ball on not looking into his trading pattern at that time.
