oh? I did not know that kitchens in churches are inspected by the state-----news to me.

oh......ok he said that they met state and local laws----but did not imply that there are state and local laws by that statement. Well---there are BUILDING codes in all states--------the plumbing has to pass muster sometime in their construction---------
electric stuff -----needs an expert installation. ----maybe that is what he meant
