The Goebbels effect.
You mean... a politician who admitted he made a mistake?
Picking Palin was a mistake. She was not ready for the position, and for every Conservative she "inspired", there were two moderates who didn't want her a heartbeat away from the Presidency.
McCain wanted to pick Joe Leiberman. Personally, I wouldn't have been for that, but it probably would have been a better political move. Although McCain was probably doomed in 2008 no matter who he picked.
Where the heck did you get that idea?
Where do you see anyone treated "like nobility"? As for calling them Senator or Congressman, you know that's their job title, right?
And where do you come by the need to further demean our already widely reviled political representatives? Do you have such disdain for our nation?
It has been ridiculous to have day after day of memorials for McCain.
There will be yet another thingy today.
McCain has got more funerals/memorials than all the Kings of Siam, combined.
In reality he wasn't even that important. An arrogant incompetent egotistical politician who dumped his wife that stood by him when he was a POW and married a hot young chick that was rich.
Couldn't even beat an incompetent nobody affirmative action extreme Left Winger when he ran for President.
Now everybody that has ever served in Congress will want to have the John McCain treatment.
Listen, the bottom line is that it's not about these guys private lives, but it's about their public servant lives and leadership. Focus on what they do in the position they have been given by we the people, and forget about their past. Let the dead sleep in peace, and focus on the living today.
Trump is thought to be a threat to the Demon-crats past agenda or radical bullcrap In which they had going, and in which was mostly against the majority of the people's will in this country. This frustration is what produced Trump as president. Now everyone needs to focus on what Trump is doing as president, and leave the past for the ultimate judge who ain't Bob Mueller.
