John Boehner - yay or nay?

Even Boehner has been humiliated by the actions of his own party. The Speaker of the House has certain responsibilities that transcend party loyalties. Boehner has not even been able to allow the House to do business. His speakership has devolved to petty bickering not only with Democrats but between Republicans

Worst Speaker of our generation
You insisting he's not a control-freak, hm.

'Kay... :lmao:

Control freak?

He has the least amount of control I have ever seen in a speaker. His political instints are embarrassing and have left him as an inept speaker
You are putting ineptitude in the wrong pocket, sir. Boehner is stopping a spendaholic from forcing our great grandchildren to pay for our present benefits. I support Speaker Boehner's courage for putting his foot firmly down and saying to the spendaholics "no more spending for socialistic causes on my watch."

And with all due respect, that's why I'm not buying the hyped up spin your Party is selling. Obama is selling our children down the river. We are not putting up with that.

I love the guy.

Am I alone?

I know this, Speaker Boehner is an empty suit. Persons who strive to achieve a leadership job and bring to the table nothing but that ambition never achieve greatness. Some can grow into the job; those whose first question, whenever a problem or issue comes to their attention is, "how will this effect me?", are doomed to failure. Sadly, that appears to be Speaker Boehner, so fearful of failure he will never succeed.
If speaker Boehner were such an empty suit, he'd let Obama get away with printing more money than the treasury has.

Because he is in full metal jacket against this mindless mall shopping attitude, it ain't agonna happen, no matter how much mud you attempt to bury him in.

Tough bananas, bub. :D

You have to understand that Boehner has an important job in our government. Congress has a constitutional responsibility and Boehner is failing at it. Congress has an 8% approval rating and Boehner is front and center of an inept Congress

We are in the midst of a struggling economy and Boehners lack of leadership is ensuring that Congress will not lift a finger to help struggling Americans

John Boehner talks a good talk about simplification of taxes and transparency in politics but seems to cave in to special interests, keeping the status quo when the rubber hits the road.

More times you say spin put out by the willy-nilly Obama administration, you think people will fall for it, hm?

Not this American.

Well, doh. Every American is a special interest, Mr. AVG-Joe. :eusa_angel:

In times of crisis we need a congress that can put aside petty bickering and help struggling Americans. Boehner presides over the most ineffective Congresses in modern history. Boehners bickering with even his own party prevents even the most rudimentary legislation from passing

Is THAT why the rivers of cash-flow in this country are stuck in gridlock and showering the status quo?

We're 'special'?

What we are is 'chumps'.

Are you referring to Nancy Pelosi giving her bro-in-law a $535 million golden parachute backup for his investment in Solyndra and another $735 million golden parachute* for his investment in the solar energy company in the desert that can't attract enough intelligent investors?
* Pelosi Golden Parachute = 100% of your money back if anything bad happens to your business that is 99% likely to go under in less than 2 years, so the taxpayer will pay your way under the terms of this guarantee)

Yeah, but Rep. Boehner bent over backward and got that golden parachute shit out of the law already. She pulled that last stunt 2 days before the new law went into effect.

Don't tell me John Boehner isn't looking out for the American taxpayer as chumps. He's doing all he can to prevent us from getting stuck for every failed bad business venture that will mean Democrats get money back from taxpayers for allowing the business to fail.

Free enterprise businesses know you either work your butt off and make things go right or you lose everything.

The community footing the bill for the Politburo picks is not a good thing. I'm right. I am not wrong on that point. If you have specifics you'd like to discuss, please put them on the table.

Boehner is helping struggling Americans. He's fighting ugly, nasty, greedy, mean people who want the American average taxpayer to fund their every shirt-tail relative's failed business interest they can muster.

We ain'ta gonna let 'em, and that's final.

John Boehner - yay or nay?

Gay.
After high school, John worked several jobs to pay his way through Xavier University. While working as a night janitor he met Debbie - now his wife of 37 years - and in 1977 earned his bachelor's degree in business. John and Debbie raised two daughters, Lindsay and Tricia, in the northern Cincinnati suburb of West Chester where they still live today. Speaker Boehner's biographical notes
No, that is not his history, EdtheCynic.
Gays marry their Beards all the time. Check out the crybaby's ties.

I cannot for the life of me think of a single leadership quality in Boehner.

Boehner is a hardworking Congressman who is holding the line on the push by socialists to swamp America in the doom and gloom of failed socialist models.

I'm going to support John Boehner through this planned barrage of false and malicious calumny aimed at destroying the Republican Party, the party of Anti-slavery, and the party that pushed through every major civil rights law since it elected Abraham Lincoln POTUS.

You want Boehner out to weaken current laws against everything I know to be good propriety.

Boehner is disliked by his loyal opposition because he knows when to hold 'em, and he's not gonna fold 'em. He's not gonna walk away, and he's not gonna run.

You may be counting your early votes as based on your surly throats, but you can count on this time we'll check to see voting is done fairly.

And when the counting is done, there'll be a man standing proud whose only flaw is too much love for his fellow man... and that's Speaker John Boehner.

:woohoo:

Boehner is a failure as a speaker

His legislative accomplishments are nonexistent. He has been unable to develop a consensus within his own party let alone the Democrats. He is at odds with Eric Cantor and has twice led us to the brink of a Government shutdown. His inability to control Tea Party Republicans led to a devaluing of our credit rating

The people want the spending stopped and voted that way. Speaker Boehner has the last election as his first priority, because the people spoke to him and told him to stop the DC spending spree. I do think he's doing his best, Mr. Rightwinger. :)

well thats your opinion.....i think Pelosi was a piece of shit right up there with Boner....

kinda sounds like a hell of a lot of politicians.......how will this effect me.....

there is a lack of leadership in the White House also.....i guess its all around....

You liberal JACKWAGONS really are a piece of work.

RIGHT NOW there are over 30 pieces of legislation related to jobs and the economy ALONE...including the XL Pipeline...laying on the desk of Dirty Harry Reid that was passed...EVERY ONE with bipartisan support in the House of Representatives under the leadership of Jon Boehner.

If that weren't enough, there are more than 300 bills, including a bill to repeal Obamacare that have been passed by Boehner...ALL with democrat votes...that have ALL been killed by Dirty Harry. NONE of these bills will ever see the light of day until the demwits are kicked the hell OUT of leadership in the Senate.

Now if you useful idiots want to just keep spewing the huff and puff post rhetoric...go right ahead on, but the FACTS make you a LIAR!
