Joe Montana -the best QB who has ever play the posistion

If I were down by less than a TD with under 2 minutes, I'd want Joe Montana as QB.

I'd rather have Elway in that situation. He did that more than anyone else, and with less to work with. He didn't have Rice, Taylor, Clark, etc.

He had Terrel Davis (on his way to be one of the best RB yet before he got hurt), Shannon Sharpe (considered by most the best TE in history) and Ed McCaffrey and Rod Smith (not as good as Rice and Taylor, but very good WR nonetheless).

Elway also had I believe 3 HOFers on his OL, one was Jones, I forgot the rest.

It debatable, but he is definitely up there.

(2) Brady
(3) Elway
(4) Marino
Tie (5) P. Mannning/Farve (Farve has the championships and Iron Man Streak)

1.Montana.
2.Unitas-have not seen near as much footage of him as Montana so thats why I have him as a close second instead of first.

4.Brady
5.Marino.
