And I disagree. The law ALLOWS you to shoot to kill anyone fleeing with property if you believe that property will not be recovered. READ the law.

I realize he didn't break the law. Although, I don't think morally, that taking one's property should give one the right to use deadly force.

I understand your point but the next time these guys tried to rob someone, they may feel the need to murder the victim. That will never happen now!
