J6 was a mostly peaceful protest compared to the summer BLM riots.

The posted chart by avatar 'kyzr' is pretty misleading. And quite wrong in several bullet-points.
Most obviously, it wasn't "14" officers injured by rioters on J6 .....it was 140+.
Now, to be sure, that could have been a typo rather than an intention to mislead.
But, ......but if poster 'kyzr' was sincere and meant to be informative ....and had done his due diligence......he should have caught that in a nano-second,
Also, notably.......the demonstrations, protests, and in some cases, violent unrest, during that 'George Floyd' summer was absolutely huge.
Note estimates say 15 million to 26 million people participated in over 2,000 cities.
Some became violent and destructive:

In short, comparing the Floyd protests....and violence.....to the J6 attack on our Congressional Representatives, Vice President, and Speaker of the House is an egregious false equivalency.

OK, lastly, and this is an important point....for me.

The Floyd's protests were mostly spontaneous. A reaction to graphically depicted murder by uniformed police....one very active perpetrator, and several derelict if not totally complicit uniformed officers.
In juxtaposition the J6 attack and concomitant violence was intentional. It was an intentional effort to thwart the constitutional transfer of power.

Most telling, was that the Administration...Don Trump and his enablers....planned well in advance to march on the Capitol during the Electoral Ballot count, yet ..........yet, they refused to notify authorities, the Capitol police, the Parks police, the DC police that that is what would be ordered from the Ellipse podium. In fact, the knowledge of that intention to order the crowd was suppressed and kept secret by Trump and the enablers. They intentionally did not....as is legally required.....notify the authorities and seek the required 'march permits'. Hence, police in all jurisdictions were under-manned for the thousands directed down public boulevards and the attack on public buildings.

To me, that speaks to knowledge, pre-meditation, and ........an obvious criminal intent.

Joe Biden must be very proud of his record of weaponizing the government agencies to serve the Democratic-Socialist-Progressive Party. The coalition of elites and jailing all rest of the MAGA Supporters, like the January 6th protesters, or those who Dare to run against him. What a guy!
