    More people went on disability than found jobs, but it did hold the UE rate.

    You are so fucking stupid! During he summer, many sectors PICK UP! Construction of starters. In Chicago you don't see too many streets getting worked on in the winter, but you see them constantly getting worked on in the summer.

    Outdoor activities like theme parks pick up. Consumers spend more. Catering business picks up.

    In short, ECONOMIC activity picks up!
