Professional ambulance chaser Jillian is extremely upset that another shylock lawyer beat her to the punch and filed the first lawsuit concerning the Sandy Hook tragedy.

"The first lawsuit in the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting is about to take place. The family of a child, who was not injured in the massacre, had a New Haven attorney filed notice to sue the state for $100 million.

The document, which is required to be filed with Claims Commissioner J. Paul Vance Jr. before the state can be sued, says the state Board of Education and the education commissioner failed to take steps to protect the minor children from foreseeable harm.

Irving Pinsky, the lawyer who filed the notice on behalf of the student, who is identified as “Jill Doe,” and her family, said his client “was in her classroom [when] over the loudspeaker came the horrific confrontation between the fellow who shot everybody and other people.”

Pinsky said as a consequence to what happened “the claimant-minor child has sustained emotional and psychological trauma and injury, the nature and extent of which are yet to be determined.” He said he filed the notice in order to “freeze” the evidence in the shootings before insurance adjusters can “shape” it, “this way the state of Connecticut will get the notice and they will have the attorney general’s office and their investigators see what happened and why the school was not protected

Steps to protect the children from FORESEEABLE harm? This is ridiculous! How in hell did someone foresee something like this? I feel bad for these children, i'm sure they're going to need a lot of "mental" help. but suing over this should not be allowed....
Now if that school was supposed to have protection, guards, whatever, then i could understand. But the school did nothing wrong, it was locked and he shot the door to break in. Geesh.....
