But there's a big difference. The consequences for the former are negligible, while the consequences for the latter are devastating.

That’s only in your imagination but I’m not going to get into a “bean counting” game with you. It is enough to know that people have been criticized for making anti-Christian comments and people have been criticized for making anti-Jewish comments. The differences, if any, in “punishment” are miniscule.

Well, suit yourself. Or better yet, try running a little experiment. Go to work tomorrow and send out a broadcast e-mail that you think "Christian fundamentalists" control America, and then see what happens. Follow this up with one about how Jews control America, and then see what happens.
