âWhen the Justice Department sued defendants such as Volkswagen or the Bank of America claiming they had violated federal law, they entered into settlement agreements with those defendants, in which the defendants agreed to pay a large sum of money to end the litigation,â said von Spakovsky.
âThe Obama Justice Department would come in and say, âWe want you to give a portion of this money to such-and-such organization.â These were not organizations that had anything to do with the lawsuit. They werenât parties to the lawsuit. They didnât have members who were injured by whatever the misbehavior was of the company,â said von Spakovsky.
âThese are simply third-party, mostly advocacy organizations who were big political allies of the administration. That, frankly, is really stealing money that is due to the American taxpayer and funneling it to political friends of the government,â added von Spakovsky.

Pray that AG Sessions took a giant step for civilization.
Finally, Socialist parasites never had any constitutional authority to get their hands on tax dollars. Sad to say they accomplished it incrementally over many decades. The parasite class tunneled so deep into the public trough that rooting them out will not be easy, but it must be done. Failure to enforce the first ten words in the First Amendment means the end of this country:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.
Make no mistake about it. Tax dollars controlled by parasites paid for everything that went wrong with this country.
