    I'm sure it's Bush's fault.

    The Truth

Last week Romney said in a speech in Defiance, Ohio, that Jeep's parent company Chrysler "is thinking of moving all production to China." Chrysler quickly shot down that assertion, nothing that not only was the claim false, but that the company was actually adding new jobs in Toledo as a part of a $500 million investment in its factory there.

The China report that Romney cited from Bloomberg specifically referred to expanding Jeep operations within China that already cater to the Asian market, but no where did it discuss any kind of movement of resources from the state of Ohio.

Not a total lie, but the confusion comes from the usual semantic bullshit. Jeep is not considering moving production from the US to China, but they are considering opening new production in China.
