I hope that Hungary will set an example in this case, but now these three countries have fertility rates well below 2.1 and their birth rates are lower than death rates.

Also, claim that fertility rate in Russia is far higher than in the EU is not quite true. Six countries in the EU have rates higher, and three ones have particularly the same rate.
