Republicans in Arizona suffered a setback Thursday in their attempt to wrest control of the redistricting process, with the state's Supreme Court reinstating the chairwoman of the independent map-making commission who had been impeached by Gov. Jan Brewer and the Republican-controlled senate.

Arizona GOP rebuffed in redistricting fight

Frankly, the court in my opinion made the correct decision as the Gov. has no reason to replace the chairwoman other than a political one, in that she did not like the way they had redrawn the map.
