Actor James Woods has noticed a double standard at the New York Daily News.

When a recent mass shooting in Paris inspired the Twitter hashtag #PrayForParis, it was favorably covered by the Daily News.

However, after a December 2 shooting in San Bernadino, California, the Daily News ran a headline saying "GOD ISN'T FIXING THIS." While the coverage of the #PrayForParis campaign was positive, the December 3 cover story was critical of politicians who are praying for the California victims, the Daily News arguing that "cowards who could truly end gun scourge continue to hide behind meaningless platitudes."

Woods tweeted: "Blatant HYPOCRISY in NY Daily News proves once again why American journalism is dead. Okay to #PrayForParis, not USA."

Funny that the same bed wetters who insisted their moonbat messiah was a Christian when it was speculated he is a mooselimb, now have no problem insisting Christians are a greater threat than carpet pilots.

It's Orwellian.

That certainly is a double standard.

And this lays out true hypocrisy as well

.
"A creative response to these criticisms of Republicans and their prayers was done by Sean Davis, co-founder of The Federalist and former assistant to Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK).

He found tweets from Democrat leaders sent during previous attacks and tragedies and simply re-tweeted them. Obviously, no mention of these prayer messages was made in any of the smug articles.

Here are two other great responses, along the same lines:

If you shout "Allahu Akhbar" while shooting people, that's not religious. If you pray for the victims, you're a religious crazy.
