So Jame's Comey's brother is a major player at a law firm that does significant business with the Clinton Foundation, but that's not a COI? Perhaps technically and legally it isn't, but it stinks to high heaven. Has there ever been a more corrupt administration than the Obama regime? Nope. Not even close.
