Nomination for Judge Alito goes to the floor tomorrow...expected confirmation by the end of the week!
Watching the no votes was comical....Teddy and Diane(Frankenstein) had the biggest frowns along with Leahy!
 
Looks like this is probably going to stay along party lines. Not sure if the Dems will try to filibuster, but if they do they should be made to do it the old fashioned way.

Saw Fienstien after the vote. She was going through the motions and bitching about how this would move the Supreme Court to the right. Funny how there didn't seem to be a problem when it moved to the left years ago.

is so far left that she is off the page and under the bridge with Teddy...hell she probably prefers water births...that way she could just drown the baby if it wasn't a birth liberal!

from the Dem ranks. The Dems will suffer imolation rather than abandon their Holy Grail of abortion. Their passion for the killing of the innocent is as grisly a political position as any in American history. To the Dems, because of their allegiance to left wing abortion support groups, to lose the right to kill would be political suicide. In their blind, unthinking, quasi-morality, they have dug their own political graves. What a sad state the Dems are in.
 
What I find most amusing is the crap from the left -- a vote for Alito is a vote to overturn Roe v Wade.

Has anyone from the right other than anti-abortion extremists suggested it?
